It's a cross between the crisp Golden Delicious and the crimson-red Jonathan. It is a bald apple, with a moderately thin skin, large and fragrant. Its flesh is semi-firm, very red with green spots near the stem. This juicy apple has a sweet and slightly tart taste, very pleasant. Delicious for making desserts or eating fresh.
