Shipping policy
1. Delivery Services
We deliver our trees by private courier with FedEx or by Canada Post. Each shipment comes with a tracking number and email notification. For large volume orders, Pépinière Casse-Noisette also offers a delivery service within a radius of ± 350 km.
2. Calculation of Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the quantity of items, their sizes and the distance to be traveled. These calculations are carried out automatically on our website for online orders or manually when requesting a quote or quote.
3. Damages during Transport
Despite our efforts to carefully package and handle orders, damage may occur during transportation by Canada Post or FedEx, which is beyond our control. In the event of damage, each situation will be examined individually to find an appropriate solution. Items visibly damaged during transport will be replaced with an equivalent in value at no additional cost.
4. Procedure in case of Damages
For a refund rather than a replacement, the customer will need to provide photographic evidence and a description of the damage noted during transport. Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable, except in the event of an error in the order on our part.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Pépinière Casse-Noisette undertakes to respect estimated delivery times as much as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or courier service interruptions.
6. Changes to the Delivery Policy
Pépinière Casse-Noisette reserves the right to modify this delivery policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check this policy periodically for any changes.
