1. Introduction
This return policy explains how Pépinière Casse-Noisette handles returns, exchanges and refunds for products purchased through our website or in store.
2. Guarantee on Ordered Trees
Trees purchased are guaranteed only for the spring period (April to June). If your trees do not bud within 2 months of purchase, we offer a replacement, credit or refund, where possible. This warranty does not apply to trees or shrubs received in autumn or in a growing state (with leaves).
3. Cancellation of an Order
Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is made at least 2 months in advance. For late cancellations, we reserve the right to refund only part of the deposit or order.
4. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. The original packaging must also be retained.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cassenoisettepepiniere.com with your order details. Specific instructions will be provided to you for returning the products.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For exchanges, please clearly indicate the desired replacement product.
7. Return Fees
Shipping charges for returning items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
8. Damaged or Defective Articles
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Pépinière Casse-Noisette reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
