pure Chinese chestnut seeds harvested in Northern Michigan zone 5b in october 2024. These seeds have no hybrid genetics with American chestnut. They are very sweet and delicious and ideal for starting new plants. Leave them in stratification in the fridge until April and then sow them. They should produce 2-foot plants by late summer 2025 under optimal growing conditions.
