This large, attractive, dark red apple remains one of our favorites. The crisp, juicy flesh is slightly spicy with a light cream color showing red spots just under the skin. The fruit ripens over a period of several weeks and does not drop when ripe, making it ideal for the backyard grower. Excellent disease resistance.
