A very new variety, this unique and beautiful apple has a yellow skin with red blush and a striking pink flesh. It is juicy and crisp with complex berry-like flavors. Bred in Washington State by Bill Howell. Lucy Gem™ is a cross between Honeycrisp and various red fleshed apple varieties that makes for a wonderful combination of flavor and color to delight apple lovers everywhere.
Pollinator required - must plant near a different variety of apple for fruit production.
