European Variety
Fruits round, greenish, then somewhat green-golden when ripe; juicy and sweet. The core is not very adherent. Excellent in jams, for preserves or to eat fresh! Does not tolerate extreme cold of -35°C during winter. Pruning is done at the end of winter. In the fall, install a spiral on the trunk to protect it against sunburn and against rodents.
