Late. One of the best for zone 5b
One of the most reliable peaches for cold climates: hardy zone 5b-6 and late blooming. Yellow to orange-yellow skin. When fully ripe, the yellow flesh is richly flavored and the pit is non-stick. For growing in pots in zone 4 and 5 ideally. Very easy to grow peach trees in pots.
Pollination: Self-fertile, but yields best when planted near another peach variety with a similar flowering time.
Planting distance between trees: 10-12 feet.
Hardiness zone: Zone 6 in open groundor 5b surrounded by trees or buildings. Growing in pots is recommended in zones 3b to 5a.
