These peaches are delicious canned, in desserts or fresh by hand. The fruits are so abundant that tip pruning may be necessary to allow the fruit to develop. This variety grows in zone 5 making it one of the hardiest peaches available. This peach tree flowers relatively early so should be taken out as late as possible.
Pollination: Self-pollinating, but gives better harvests when planted near another peach variety with a similar flowering time.
