This well-known greenish-red apple has a slightly flattened shape and tender, soft and melting flesh. It is very fragrant, sweet but also with a very present hint of acidity. It is better to cook it than to eat it as is. It is one of the earliest apples among our varieties in Canada but does not keep very long.
