The 'La Crescent' plum tree produces a sweet and juicy fruit, with a flavor similar to apricot. Its appearance is also similar to the apricot with its yellow to orange skin and yellow flesh. The plum is soft and not fibrous. Its core is non-stick (it easily detaches from the flesh), which greatly facilitates its preparation in the kitchen. Plum to eat fresh, for dessert or to use in jam.
