The Jeffrey pine (Pinus jeffreyi), is a species of pine in the Pinaceae family.

It is native to North America. This species, close to the ponderosa pine, grows in southwest Oregon, California (mainly in the Sierra Nevada and up to northern Baja California. It grows in mountain ranges, between 1000 and 3000 meters above sea level, higher than the ponderosa pine. It measures 25 to 40 meters, sometimes up to 55 meters. Its cones measure 12 to 24 cm long.
