Very hardy pear tree producing numerous small to medium sized yellow fruits with reddish nuances, yellow flesh, not very sweet but juicy on the other hand, gingery and tangy flavor. Ideal for cooking, processing and juicing. Poor quality for eating fresh. One of the best pollinators.
Pollination: Self-sterile. Requires another pear tree for pollination.
