Ben Sarek, this dwarf shrub reaches a height of 3-4 feet when mature. It produces a good harvest of very large black fruits of good quality in mid-July every year. These large fruits are well flavored. It has very good resistance to frost and cold damage. The fruits can be eaten ripe from the Shrub or used to make jams, jellies and pies.
