Giveaway for Two $250 Gift Cards

Entry Period

This giveaway is organized by Nutcracker Nursery, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

Entries will be accepted until September 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., Montreal time. Any entries received after this deadline will be disqualified.

Prize Draw

The draw to select two (2) winners will take place on September 28, 2026, at or after 1:00 p.m., once entries have closed.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received from participants in Canada. Each person may win only one prize.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not allocated by province or region.

Selected entrants will be contacted by email following the draw.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The Organizer’s owners, employees, representatives and agents, anyone directly involved in organizing the giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, spouses or partners, and anyone living with them, are not eligible to enter.

Entry is free. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, even if multiple email addresses are used.

How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form available on the Nutcracker Nursery giveaway page before the entry deadline.

All information provided must be accurate and include a valid email address at which the entrant can be contacted.

Fraudulent or automated entries, or entries that do not allow eligibility to be verified, will be disqualified. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first valid entry will be accepted.

By submitting the form, the entrant agrees to these rules.

Prizes

Two (2) prizes are available, with a total value of $500 CAD.

Each prize consists of a $250 CAD Nutcracker Nursery electronic gift card, redeemable online or in-store.

Standard conditions regarding orders, product availability, shipping and pickup apply. Free shipping is not included in addition to the value of the gift card. Any portion of an order total, including taxes and shipping fees, that exceeds the available gift card balance is the winner’s responsibility.

Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, except where required by law.

Prize Awarding and Delivery

Each selected entrant will be contacted by email and will have 72 hours from the time the first notification is sent to respond and claim their prize.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must confirm their eligibility and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question involving multiple operations, without outside assistance or a calculator.

If no response is received within the specified time, or if the selected entrant declines the prize, is ineligible or fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, they will forfeit the prize. Another draw will then be held from among the remaining eligible entries.

The gift card will be delivered by email within ten (10) business days of confirmation of the winner’s eligibility and successful completion of the skill-testing question.

No payment or banking information will be required to receive the prize.

Publication of Results

The Organizer may ask winners for permission to publish their name and city of residence to announce the giveaway results.

This permission will be requested separately. A winner’s refusal will not result in forfeiture of their prize.

Personal Information

The information collected is used to manage entries, verify eligibility, contact selected entrants and deliver prizes. Access is limited to the individuals and service providers necessary to administer the giveaway, subject to legal obligations.

This information will be retained for as long as necessary for these purposes and to meet applicable obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

Newsletter subscriptions are optional and require separate consent. Choosing not to subscribe or subsequently unsubscribing will not affect an entry or the odds of winning.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for technical problems beyond its control that may result in the loss, delay or failed transmission of an entry or email.

In the event of fraud or a major incident that compromises the operation of the giveaway, the Organizer may take measures reasonably necessary to preserve its integrity and fairness. Any significant changes will be announced on the official giveaway page.

Nothing in these rules limits any rights of entrants or any liability of the Organizer that cannot be excluded by law.

Facebook, Instagram and Meta

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway. All questions must be directed to Nutcracker Nursery.
