Get ready for big harvests of big fruits! The tree is a heavy producer and has a strong spreading growth habit which makes it easy to train in terms of shape and growth. The fruit is firm and juicy and hangs well on the tree. The tree has good resistance to disease, bacterial spot and brown rot. The pit remains stuck to the flesh. Ripens in mid-August.
Pollination: Self-fertile, but yields best when planted near another peach variety with a similar flowering time.
Planting distance between trees: 10-12 feet.
Hardiness zone: Zone 6 in open ground. For growing in pots, zone 3b to 5.
