moderately thorny shrub producing a magnificent early crop of medium-sized, dark orange fruits borne on one plant vigorous and cold-resistant with gray-green foliage. The fruits are ripe from late August to mid-September. Drought tolerant once established.
**Must be pollinated by a male plant.
Compatible variety: Pollmix (Male), Lord (Male), H6 (Male)
Leaves: Green on top and gray below.
Flowers: Small and yellowish appear on 2-year-old wood.
Diseases: None. Tolerates pollution and salts well.
Ph: neutral / Soil: well drained. Tolerates dry soils. Keep the soil moist only the first year.
Pruning: remove low branches that have died from lack of sunlight. Remove suckers to prevent spread.
