Mid-season
Good hardiness and good productivity. The stems are thorny, long and the suckering is high. The raspberry is glossy black, large and tasty.
Care: This fruit shrub adapts best to deep, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. To improve fruit production, compost or a natural fertilizer can be applied to it every year. Watch out for birds, installing a net is strongly recommended.
Note : Do not plant red, gold or purple raspberries within 75-100 feet of raspberries black. Black raspberries may be more susceptible to viral diseases carried by aphids to and from neighboring raspberry bushes.
