Excellent to eat fresh or processed and in salads, the flesh is resistant to browning, is crunchy, juicy, sweet and flavorful. The fruti will keep for around 3 to 4 months. Susceptible to scab and bacterial blight. Be careful, it may be sensitive to dormant oil.
