early apple

White Transparent also known as“Transparent Yellow”. This variety is probably the best of the early apples (summer apples ready at the end of July southern Ontario or even before mid-August in Quebec). It is a good cooking apple which produces very fine compotes. Light yellow summer apple with white flesh, juicy and crunchy. The tree is naturally small and is very hardy.
