The tree, vigorous and productive, produces appetizing fruits, ranging in size from medium to large, with a semi-adherent stone. The fruit tends to soften quickly as it approaches maturity and during final swelling. Harblaze is relatively hardy and has good resistance to bacterial spot, brown rot and powdery mildew. Harvest in mid-August.
