Growing in a pot
For growing in pots during the hot season on the balcony in a greenhouse or in your interior courtyard like all varieties of figs. dormant period required between -2°C and 4°C during winter.
The fruit is large, with brown skin and amber pulp. Pick the fruit just before maturity for perfect flavor and to avoid sourness and cracking.
Self-fertile
Sunlight: full sun.
Soil: Well drained. Does not tolerate excessively wet soil, but needs good humidity during fruiting.
Once established, fig trees are drought tolerant and generally free of pests and diseases.
